Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for items that were shipped by Bazaarsaga and are found to be damaged or incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). To process a return, the item(s) must be sent back along with proof of purchase.

Requirements for Returns:

  • The return must include a valid original purchase order number from bazaarsaga.in. Purchases made outside of our website should contact the respective seller for return instructions.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, with no missing components.

⚠️ Please note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are possible if the product is damaged or faulty.

If a prepaid order is returned, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Products purchased under special sales or at minimum price discounts (up to 90% off) are not eligible for replacement or return, as these are clearance deals.

We do not process refunds as most showcased products are manufactured in China, and we accept responsibility only in cases of damage or defect.

For your safety, we recommend using a tracking number or delivery confirmation when shipping returns—especially for international returns.

If we have already provided a replacement and the issue continues, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to assist further, as we will have done everything possible from our side.
